Wu-Hsing’s W-220D SERIES FOOT TYPE DIRECT HEAT SEALER is made of alum. with painting, and rusty is never a problem. It is direct heat type, so warming up for 7 -10 minutes is necessary before operating it. Put bag in sealing place, step down the pedal, wait for 1-2 seconds, release the pedal, and then get perfect and durable sealing. The sealing length is 220mm to 450mm and the width is 10mm or 15mm for selection. The sealing pattern is mesh(++) or line(==) for selection. The sealer is ideal for any kind of Nylon bag, Aluminum foil or Tin foil bag (Coated PE inside of bag), KOP bag, and so on.
Additional:
• While the heating jaws are heating, it becomes very hot. Operator should be very careful when operating the sealer.
• It can be installed the pneumatic device or electromagnet device to make the sealing work easily and conveniently.
• If the product is liquid or powder, it can be made a vertical type. (WV series)
• If need to print words on your bag, it can be installed date Imprinter on the sealer.
• One set of a laying table and an adjustable plat is free for each sealer.
• Tilt model (40 degree) is available for powder & liquid.
• To prevent scald, additionally purchase a set of protective plate is a better way for customer.
